The love we thought would never stop now cools like a congealing chip. The kisses that were hot as curry are bird-pecks taken in a hurry. The hands that held electric charges now lie inert as four moored barges. The feet that ran to meet a date are running slow and running late. The eyes that shone and seldom shut are victims of a power cut. The parts that then transmitted joy are now reserved and cold and coy. Romance, expected once to stay, has left a note saying GONE AWAY. ---
What do you fear most? I don't know if most, but Abby i share your fear. (& here i shall promote her lj cos she writes extremely well: famouslasttears.lj) Also, i fear that if i were to ever get married, my marriage would die off into something like that in the poem above. Perhaps romance and such matter to me now, but wouldn't when i'm into my 30th year of marriage or sth; nevertheless isn't it a rather upsetting thought to entertain that you're gna reach a point in your life when you're plagued with the many worries of the world that childhood girly fantasies of romance don't matter anymore? I think it's an extremely horrible thought and i think growing up is gross. If i still had my way, i would rewind and press pause sometime in 2007; but yeah well, SUMO. ---
Today was a lovely day. Adlin and i laughed so damn hard at nothing during econs lecture and i was trying so damn hard not to squeal that i started crying and couldn't read my notes. Hahahha. & Ralph kept bluetooth-ing the lecturer stuffs from diff names which was hilarious too haha. & i also enjoy hanging around at the stone tables catching up with suzy & kiron. kiron's my new bully suzy partner and hahaha i love it! ;D hehh. && also cos i met makkalz & kettleen :) Thanks for dropping by kettleen, drop by every friday k please? :) Missed you nish & missed the ics debates too. Bukit Timah is such a weird place haaaaha.
Anw, the weather's being a bitch; it's so unbelievably hot! Seriously, i can feel the heat immediately after stepping out of the LTs. & Im not bionic woman but i can see heatwaves too! Psycho, seriously. I'd rather the world end with ice age then we all burn to death.
